Texas Style Barbecue

Come join us Friday, July 17th for our first summer barbecue! We will close the Bistro at 10:30 and re-open in a buffet line in the dining room at 11:00 and have this delicious food until 1:45. The cost will be $5.50 for chicken and $7.00 for brisket.
The menu options will include: beef brisket with house-made barbecue sauce or chipotle and citrus glazed chicken breast, creamy Texas-style coleslaw with avocado, Ranch-style cowboy beans, southern red bliss potato salad, jalapeno cornbread and pecan pie bites. Soda is included.
