DESCRIPTION:The Bistro\, in cahoots with our wonderful Wellness Ambassadors\, will be presenting our second Farmer’s Market. The first went so great and we received such wonderful feedback we decided to do it again! We will be featuring our local farmers from Polar Farms and Millennium Farms who provided the summer harvest. Also\, Benefitness will be present to help with how to juice these local\, healthy vegetables! The fruits and vegetables that will be featured will be fall and winter vegetables and below is a list of some items \nA variety of squashes to include butternut\, delicate and acorn \nSweet orange carrots\, spinach\, basil\, kale\, Yukon gold potatoes\, ruby crescent fingerling potatoes and hopefully some delicious Brussels sprouts \nFruits will include Asian pears\, stark crimson pears\, newton pippin apples and sonata apples \nLocal honey will be available in pint jars again too! Don’t be surprised if it is a little darker than you are used to\, honey changes color depending on the time of year it is harvested. \n
